What is JSA?
On high school campuses across the country there are students interested in politics and government, foreign affairs, law, policy, debate and education; JSA is an outlet for students to share this! JSA is a bipartisan, nonprofit, 100% student run organization encompassing over 300,000 students to date. In JSA students meet to share their opinions on current events through debate and discussion, and occasionally even fun games or travel to Washington DC get thrown into the mix! |
How can I get involved?
If you are interested in joining JSA, visit the membership page on our website or contact our chapter president James Norcross at [email protected] or our teacher advisor Mr. Tower at [email protected] ! We meet about 1-2 times a month, on Wednesdays from 6-7:30. Meetings may be at either North or South Campus, so please check the most recent meeting info for location. Check below for JSA's upcoming summer fun! |
2023-2024 Expectations:
This year, we hope to improve our member communication, participation, and productivity! We also hope to see a higher turnout at both our meetings and convention dates this year. We as a chapter would also like to hold more fundraising initiatives and activism events this school year. We hope to improve the speaking skills of all of our members across the year so we can overall enhance our own debates and our club performance at conventions! |
