High School JSA's Libertarian Party!
This is the place for all things Libertarian in Arrowhead High School's JSA Chapter! The Libertarian Party was formed in Colorado Springs by a small group of like-minded individuals, led by David Nolan. The formation of the party occurred on December 11th, 1971, after months of debate in smaller committees. The saying of the Libertarian Party is "minimum government, maximum freedom." We are a third party in the United States that promotes civil liberties, non-interventionism, limiting the size and power of the government, and laissez-faire capitalism. The core philosophy of the Libertarian Party is maximum political freedom from establishments and emphasizing the freedom of choice and individual judgement.

October 6th:
The Libertarian Party does not believe that the United States should help other countries in their vaccination efforts, as the United States should make it's citizens, whom of which want to be vaccinated, their domestic priority. While the general consensus of the Libertarian Party is that the decision to receive a COVID-19 vaccine should be one made by the individual and not the state, it is also generally supported that the government should not overstep it's boundaries in the efforts to vaccinate individuals and exit the pandemic via vaccine mandates and forced lockdowns, therefore opposing the idea that the United States should supply vaccines to any countries that would implement a vaccine mandate. Furthermore, the Libertarian Party opposes government spending in excess, of which includes many of the budget allocations that have gone towards funding pandemic aid and vaccination efforts both domestically and internationally, which would make the Libertarian Party opposed to spending money on vaccines that would be given to foreign countries instead of using the money to solve domestic issues first, or even spending the money at all. In conclusion, the Libertarian Party opposes this resolution.
